Massachusetts Nurses Foundation Scholarships

Massachusetts residents enrolled in an accredited in-state nursing program who are active in their communities and pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree.

MA residents enrolled in a nursing program recognized by the MA Board of Registration in Nursing, pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree, with demonstrated community involvement.

• $2,500 one-year scholarship (Kate Maker Memorial Scholarship)

• Downloaded MNF scholarship application
• Two references (one educational, one adult acquaintance)
• Typed personal statement of 500 words or less on career goals and nursing philosophy
• Letter of acceptance and evidence of community involvement

• Mail the application so it's postmarked by the June 1 deadline.

The Massachusetts Nurses Foundation offers several awards via one application; Kate Maker is open to associate/bachelor's nursing students who are MA residents.
