A statewide program that funds paid life-sciences internships for underrepresented and low-income Massachusetts high school students by subsidizing intern wages at research institutions and small life-sciences companies.
Who should apply

Eligibility
Underrepresented and low-income high school students across Massachusetts. Works best when paired with a host lab or company (the host applies for the wage subsidy).
What you get
- Paid internship (host reimbursed up to $4,080, based on $17/hour for six weeks full-time)
- Optional pre-internship biotechnology and professional-skills training
- Real lab or company research experience
What the application involves
- Underrepresented or low-income status
